Dr Iris Haist
Iris Haist holds a doctorate in art history and is an author. Her passion for stone as a material comes from her grandfather, who was a stonemason and had his workshop in the courtyard of their shared home.
During her art history studies, her doctorate and her museum traineeship, she also researched various topics of sculptural art from the 15th to the 21st century in Germany and Italy. Sculpture Network is a save space for her to exchange ideas about this first great love in art.
