Forum Würth Rorschach

At Forum Würth Rorschach, visitors can immerse themselves in the world of modern and contemporary art across approximately 800 square metres of exhibition space. The changing exhibitions are drawn from the internationally oriented Würth Collection, which comprises more than 20'000 works and is open to the public free of charge.

Complementing this programme, the foyer presentations offer fascinating insights into the diversity of the Würth Collection. The sculpture garden along the lakeshore serves as an extended exhibition space and invites visitors to enjoy art in the open air – ideal for walkers and strollers alike.

The museum shop also offers the opportunity to take home a special souvenir of your visit.

Main Exhibition: “Sport and Leisure in Works from the Würth Collection”

The current main exhibition “Sport and Leisure in Works from the Würth Collection” at Forum Würth Rorschach explores classic sporting activities and leisure pursuits that can be experienced around the Würth Haus Rorschach on the shores of Lake Constance, such as swimming, sailing and cycling. Beyond this, the exhibition follows artists to more unusual leisure settings such as the circus ring, the bullring or the racetrack, and is dedicated to the mystery of play as a creative experience – ranging from childlike amusement to board games. Ultimately, these pastimes offer not only physical activity and a welcome break from everyday life, but also space for new impulses and inspiration, thus playing an important role in the creative process.

Foyer Exhibition: “Light.Space.Colour. – Würth Collection and Works on Loan”

On the occasion of Hanspeter Münch’s 85th birthday, Forum Würth Rorschach is presenting the foyer exhibition “Light.Space.Colour. – Würth Collection and Loans”, on view until 26 April 2026. For more than five decades, the artist has devoted himself to painting with great dedication. Working primarily with oil and acrylic on large-scale canvases, he creates powerful pictorial spaces filled with colouristic depth and energy.

Foyer exhibition "Lun Tuchnowski & Friends, Focus on Sculpture in the Würth Collection"

From 7 May 2026, the new foyer exhibition “Lun Tuchnowski & Friends: Sculpture at the Heart of the Würth Collection” will be open to visitors. It is dedicated to the work of the German sculptor and draughtsman Lun Tuchnowski (1946–2018).

His artistic style is characterised by the combination of geometric and organic forms. He worked with materials such as aluminium, steel, wood and concrete, creating sculptures that express a fragile balance between calm, strength and dynamism.
