Life Force

Life Force captures the energy of a tree in one continuous, flowing movement. Its branches bend, reach out and keep growing—as life itself always finds a way.

In Life Force, I challenged myself to translate the visual language of my drawings and paintings into three dimensions. The challenge was not only to conceive the form, but also to discover how such a complex, continuous structure could be physically realised.

The form grows from a single trunk, bends, branches out and returns to itself. Its movement has no clear beginning or end. It represents the life force within a tree: an energy that continues to flow, even when its form changes.

The sculpture does not portray a tree as it is, but as it could be.
