The Drawing Center

The entire working process during a residence is important for Drawing Center Diepenheim, not just the end result. In order to properly supervise this working process, the Drawing Center conducts preliminary exploratory talks with the residents, including about their sources of inspiration and about supervisors and speakers who may be of interest to them. During the residences we organize peer-to-peer studio visits and public presentations with which we inspire makers and audiences.

Drawing Center Diepenheim is part of the Mondriaan Fund's residency program in 2023. With this program, the Mondriaan Fund offers visual artists the opportunity to develop their own work and thereby also stimulate contemporary visual art and cultural heritage in the Netherlands.
