After my studies at the French high school of Plovdiv, Bulgaria, I moved to France to continue my education at the Regional higher school of visual expression in Tourcoing, where I earned my National Diploma in Visual Arts. Il was during this program that I discovered glass, which quickly became my preferred material. My fascination with this material then let me to enroll at the Higher School of Arts and Crafts in Arras, from which I graduated in 2009. Driven by an intuitive and direct approach to the material, I founded my studio that same year.Â
After developing a practice in pâte de verre between 2016 and 2024, I am now focusing my research on glass foam and the use of innovative technologies such as 3D printing.Â
The central element of my artistic approach is transformation. I am interested in landscape and the interactions between abjects and their environment. I take various familiar forms and seek to give them a new interpretation. My approach aims to make the origin and original function of the different alaments disappear and to reinvent the landscape. In order to create a new materiality and evoke the passage of time, disappearance, and erasure, the texture og my sculptures in intentionally raw and irregular. Through the surprising materials born from my experiments, I stimulate the viewer's imagination. I seek to spark their curiosity. I invite them to interpret what they perceive and to question the ephemeral nature of all things. Â
