Figurative sound machine; hand-forged
Mechanical sculpture "Mirror of Truth." This sculpture illustrates the truth of the revelation of one's own reflection, or even one's own soul. Mechanical function: Automatic sound is generated by a cam-driven mechanism. By turning the crank wheel, the figure strikes a large singing bowl. The two upper figures with combs move. The sculpture is hand-forged and lightly surface-treated.
