Kapoor's monumental sculptures have also become well-known, overwhelming by their sheer size and blurring the line between architecture and sculpture. His more recent, mostly site-specific works play with metaphysical contrasts and encourage immediate personal experience of transcendence. Winner of the Turner Prize and the Praemium Imperiale, Anish Kapoor is one of the most influential sculptors of the present day.
In addition to a selection of current works, the artist will also be presenting his walk-in large-scale sculpture "Sectional Body preparing for Monadic Singularity" from 2015 at the Skulpturenpark.
