Nina Canell

Canell draws on a broad spectrum of different materials to create her own sculptural system: from shoelaces to wavelengths. She also uses commodities like rubber, water and electricity as well as found objects such as ring pulls and cables. The combination sets up a relational weave that dissolves hierarchies, distilling our world by assembling and entangling.
