Suspended light sculpture of the Persian word "Eshgh" (love) in Nastaliq calligraphy. Bronze, D'Light Lighting Design Award 2026, Art and Installation Light.
Loveorbitolight is a suspended light sculpture by Hamid Taherypour of the Persian word "Eshgh" (love), written in Nastaliq calligraphy. Curved, illuminated forms hang in space, so that light, shadow and mass give the word a physical presence.
In 2026 it received Bronze at the D'Light Lighting Design Award, in the Art and Installation Light category.
It will be shown at Athens Open Art, Athens, Greece, 4–6 December 2026.
