Silver Tree, aerial structure

I designed the Silver Tree for the show Enchantress by my company Skinning the Cat, aerial theatre.

The Silver Tree structure was the centre piece of the show and needed to have 3 equidistant branches strong enough to suspend aerial performers. The branches were supported by a cantilever system and interspersed with non weight bearing branches to creat the look of a mythical tree.
