The Perpetuum explores the inseparable relationship between humanity and nature. While nature is often discussed as something that can be controlled, organized, or managed from a distance, this work emphasizes that humans are never separate from it. We are embedded within natural systems across generations, in the past, the present, and the future.
At the same time, The Perpetuum reflects on connection within the family. Growth requires both belonging and autonomy. Children leave the nest to follow their own paths, while remaining part of a larger continuum. The work brings these themes together, addressing continuity, interdependence, and the balance between connection and independence.
