Believe

"Believe” shows a standing woman with spread wings, her head upright and her hair flapping in the wind. "Believe" is about believing and trusting in yourself. About believing in your own strength, goodness and beauty. About believing in your possibilities and talents and being allowed to spread your wings.
During the making of “Believe”, this sculpture became a kind of guard for me, a kind of protector of freedom and peace in general. Like an angel, this female figure keeps watching over peace and keeps believing in it, even against the odds.
She is peace herself.
