In Help, Andreas Rimpel condenses a moment of existential distress into a sculptural gesture. The figure appears caught between collapse and resistance: the body folds inward, while the raised arm and open hand reach outward as signs of appeal, urgency, and a final assertion of presence. The work evokes a state of extreme human vulnerability in which dependence, fear, and the need for support become immediately visible.
