Second Shift

For the exhibition, artists are invited to begin with a material encountered within Park Royal's industrial landscape. Rather than sourcing new materials, look to the remnants of production: objects discarded, displaced or left behind through the everyday processes of manufacture and industry. We're interested in how these materials might be read before they are remade. What histories, systems, associations or forms of intelligence do they already contain? How might your practice expose, interrupt or redirect these latent possibilities?
