Schloss Plüschow Artist in Residence & Stipendium 2024
AUSSCHREIBUNG ARBEITSSTIPENDIUM MECKLENBURGISCHES KÜNSTLERHAUS SCHLOSS PLÜSCHOW
Das Mecklenburgische Künstlerhaus Schloss Plüschow vergibt fünf dreimonatige Arbeitsstipendien für den Zeitraum Oktober bis Dezember 2024. Das Stipendium ist an einen Arbeitsaufenthalt während dieser Zeit im Schloss Plüschow gebunden. Vergeben werden die Stipendien durch die Fachjury des Künstlerhauses. Im Schloss befinden sich fünf Gastateliers in der Größe von ca. 80 –100 qm, bestehend jeweils aus einem Arbeits- und einem Wohnraum. Für die Arbeit der Künstler steht außerdem eine Radierwerkstatt und Zugang zum Internet zur Verfügung.
Die Höhe des Stipendiums beträgt monatlich 1.000,- Euro, abzüglich der Energie- und Telefonkosten.
Für die Bewerbung sind folgende Unterlagen einzureichen:
1. Ausgefülltes Bewerbungsformular.
2. Lebenslauf mit künstlerischem Werdegang
3. Arbeitsproben in gedruckter Form (max. Größe 30 x 21 cm), maximal 20 Seiten, Kataloge (nur Einzelkataloge), Videomaterial bitte auf DVD.
4. Beschreibung des Arbeitsvorhabens
Für die Bearbeitung und die Rücksendung wird eine Gebühr in Höhe von 10 Euro erhoben. Die Bewerbungsunterlagen müssen bis zum 15. April 2024 auf dem Postwege eingegangen sein. Eine Bewerbung per e-mail ist nicht möglich.
Die Entscheidung der Jury wird voraussichtlich Mitte Mai getroffen.

MECKLENBURGISCHES KÜNSTLERHAUS SCHLOSS PLÜSCHOW
The Art Foundation of Schloss Plüschow awards five grants for the duration of three months, from October to December for visual artists. The Schloss Plüschow grant is a residence fellowship. The guests are exepted to live and work in Plüschow during the period of their recidency. The castle offers five large studios and apartments with kitchenette, bathroom and toilet. An engraving studio and internet access are available to the artists.
The individual monthly grant amount to 1.000 Euro of which the monthly cost of electricity and telephone rates will be deducted.
Applications have to include:

2. Curriculum vitae
3. A short documentation of the artist ́s work (max. size 30 x 21 cm, 20 pages) so far by photographic material, catalogues ore DVD
4. A description of the applicant ́s projects.
