Another metaphor and a song title by The Beatles, the soundtrack to my youth, inspire this wall sculpture, bringing together disparate parts to make a whole.
All of my sculptures use upcycled corrugated cardboard found at wine stores and in the alleys of my neighborhood contibute to my midwestern American resourcefullness but also allude to the proliferation of the excess shipping materials.
Text on the boxes leave messages, open to interpretation by the viewers.
