You're encouraged to use this theme as the central topic of your programme - in exhibitions, discussions, workshops, guided tours...

Live Online Photo-wall
All events with Internet access can take part in the online live photo wall. Hosts and guests can upload their images during the event, which will be seen live around Europe at the other venues.
Post your best pictures on Instagram with #start19 and they will appear automatically!

Welcome video
At 11.30 am sculpture networks short welcome message ought to be shown at all venues. If you can, please prepare a computer with loudspeakers or a projector and screen.

- What do you need for the event? (download PDF)
- Sponsors: Is there a wine dealer or a delicacy store nearby? You could ask them to sponsor the event by contributing goods, in exchange for promotion at the event and their logo on the invitation cards
- Helpers: You will be quite busy on the day, so we suggest you find helpers for the technical side, for the door to welcome guests and for setting-up before and clearing up after the event. We will gladly provide you with a list of members in your area whom you could ask

Would you like personal invitations for your guests? If requested you will receive a personalised invitation card. You can print the card and send it to your friends, colleagues and acquaintances by post or as a PDF file via e-mail.

Do you know anybody at your local media? Please use our press release to inform them and get as much publicity for your event as possible. Reach a broader audience and maximise your event's networking potential.

You will receive these A2 printed maps of Europe, pinpointing all venues and their location details. We'll have an edition of 5000 so all of your guests can help themselves with them.
