Abundance v/s Dearth

Overabundance of produce = abundance of waste.
Unfired clay sourced from a cave

Unbalanced world where there is extreme poverty in one country and so much food that goes waste in another. The clay was dug from the floor of a cave. 73 apples were made by hand and installed in a pile for the exhibition. During the show, there were earthworms moving through the work adding a rather serendipitous layer to the site specific work.
