Star dancer

For this sculpture I used a special technique. First I make a colour composition on canvas with acrylics. Then I glue transparent glass on it. After drying I cut the glass pieces out. So i have a cut up painting and this I use to wrap the sculpture up.
Because of the use of cabochon cut glass, it is pleasant to touch the sculpture. The sculpture attempts to pick up the viewers, lift them up and makes them happy.
The pedestal is exchangeable.
