The material I mainly work with is wood. Wood invites me on an endless journey of discovery – each log becomes an experiment. The color, texture and smell of the wood defines the relationship that I build with the evolving sculpture. The exploration of the material's properties, but also the tension between chaos and order, between volumes and surfaces form the centerpiece of the creative process.
