Celebrated as the Goddess of truth and justice, Ma’at is recognized for her ability to create balance and equilibrium in all that she touches. It is said that she prevented the universe from reverting to chaos and is known to the Gods as the mediator. Due to her abilities as an adjudicator, she was tasked with assessing the deeds of the dead.
