I mainly use kilncasting or pate de verre as a technique.
These techniques are combined with blown glass, cast tin, textiles and wood.
The many possibilities of glass appeal to me. My works are fragile or strong, clear or opaque.
My works are a vessel in which I channel and shape my deepest feelings and experiences. The use of glass in each work adds a unique dimension, both visually and symbolically.
By expressing emotions such as happiness, sadness, helplessness,... expressed in a personal way, I invite viewers to reflect on their own emotions.
