Blickachsen 14

Contemporary Sculpture in the Bad Homburg Kurpark and Palace Park
In collaboration with the Sprengel Museum Hannover, Germany

We are looking forward to the fourteenth edition of the Blickachsen sculpture biennial, which will be on display in the Kurpark and the Schlosspark of Bad Homburg, Germany,  from 18 May to 5 October 2025.
The  opening ceremony will be on Sunday 18 May at 11.30am on the Schmuckplatz in the Bad Homburg Kurpark.

The series began in 1997 in Bad Homburg's Kurpark with an exhibition, whose concept  – also in a figurative sense – took up the visual axes (or Blickachsen) within the park's landscape architecture.

Every two years since then, the exhibitions have focussed on the interplay between contemporary art and the natural surroundings of historical landscape gardens. And each time – and this is also part of the programme – talented young artists are represented together with renowned sculptors. The co-operation with changing partner museums always guarantees new impulses – and Blickachsen 14 will once again offer a unique  art experience .

You will find detailed information on the Blickachsen 14 exhibition on this page in due course.
