Prix Marcel Duchamp 2023
From October 4, 2023 to January 8, 2024, the Centre Pompidou will host the 23rd edition of the Marcel Duchamp Prize, presenting the works and installations of the four artists nominated on January 12. Chosen by an international jury, the winner of the 2023 edition will be announced on Monday October 16.
Created in 2000 to highlight the creative abundance of the French art scene, the Marcel Duchamp Prize aims to distinguish the most representative artists of their generation, and to promote internationally the diversity of practices currently at work in France. This loyal partnership between the ADIAF (Association pour la diffusion internationale de l'art français) and the Centre Pompidou is resolutely in line with the desire to showcase the French art scene to the widest possible audience, and to affirm the need to support these artists. Since its launch, it has honored over 90 artists, including 22 winners.
