Sculpture garden Kränzelhof
The sculpture garden extends over a landscape of around 2 hectares. Changing sculpture exhibitions by national and international artists take place in this setting. The artworks on display cover a broad spectrum, from figurative to abstract pieces.
The placement of the sculptures is a central element that makes our garden special. The close connection and interaction between art and nature is an important element.
The project is organised by the cultural association K.art.
The magic of the gardens arises from the diversity of moods. Along the paths that meander through trees, shrubs, small water landscapes and the maze, you will always discover new, magical places that are enchanting in their simplicity and tranquillity.
There is no such thing as bad weather in the gardens - because they offer shady and sheltered spots in sunshine and rain and present themselves in the most diverse facets, depending on the time of day
TEMPORARY EXHIBITION ‘METAMORPHOSIS’
until 10.November 2024
‘Everything only changes, nothing dies.’
This quote from Ovid (Metamorphoses) forms the starting point
for the art exhibition ‘METAMORPHOSIS’
This exhibition explores the many facets of change and transformation. It
opens the door to creative artistic power without setting limits. The works either directly represent metamorphosis itself, were created in contact with nature or were given new life through upcycling. The aim is not only to inspire viewers, but also to explore the connection between art, nature and metamorphoses in human life.
