Dialogue at the Verbeke Foundation

Discover one of Europe’s most unconventional art spaces — join us for an inspiring visit and exchange!

Hidden in the Flemish countryside, the Verbeke Foundation is a unique haven for contemporary art: an ever-evolving blend of nature, architecture, and large-scale installations. Founded by Geert and Carla Verbeke, this private art site houses an extraordinary collection of modern and contemporary works, inviting visitors to reflect on the relationship between art and environment.

Program
12:00 – Arrival and welcome
Reception and introduction by our Belgian Coordinator curator and art journalist Hilde Van Canneyt.

12:30 – Informal lunch & Dialogue session
Enjoy a lunch of your choice (cafeteria on site, at your own expense) and take part in a conversation led by Hilde Van Canneyt.

14:00 – Guided tour through the Verbeke Foundation

15:30 – After drink & open networking
We gather again to reflect on the exhibitions, continue the dialogue, and build new connections in an informal atmosphere.

16:30 – End of program 

Participation

Normal: 30,00 EUR
Sculpture Network members: 20,00 EUR

The participation fee is to be paid in cash on site.
Including: entrance ticket, guided tour and networking.
Not included: lunch and drinks.

The number of participants is limited. Maximum 20 attendees. Members priority.

Online registration required by 25 November 2025!

The programme will be held in Dutch.
Please bring your own presentation (catalogue/portfolio) for networking.

How to get there

Best reached by car. Take exit 11 from the E34, then at the roundabout, take the exit towards the parallel road to Hellestraat and Koewacht.
By Public transport: From Sint-Niklaas station, take bus 41 (towards Moerbeke) or 43 (towards Hulst), stop Drieschouwen.
