Growth is made for a pond and rises out of the water. The cyclic form at the bottom near to the water surface gives energy to the forms to rise up towards the light. The light is playfully reflected by the thick stainless steel which gives it a sparkling expression when the light relects on the 12 mm thick steel.
The original design ws made with calligraphy and enlarged to merge into the sizes of the natural environment.
Growth has been part of the Installation 'Growth' at the Hannah Peschar Sculpture garden in Ockney, Surrey, UK o 6 steel sculptures placed around the water.
Grwoth is placed in 's Gravenzande as a monumantal Sculpture in a public pond.
