Frank Evelein

My name is Frank Evelein, I am a 62 year old Dutchman living in Amsterdam. I am married to a sculptor and with a choreographer and an art historian as children I have a rich mental life. I have a business background with international roles in the pharmaceutical industry. My current work is in the prevention of cancer.
To me, art is one of the essential veins in society. Art inspires and loosens the brain. I have seen the victories and the hardship of a sculptor for 30 years and I witnessed the importance of sculpture network e.V.. Working in the Think Tank was inspiring! I am pleased to continue as a chairperson; connecting people, giving structure, ensuring overview. I wholeheartedly support “artists first” and I feel that a board should serve the needs of artists and non-artist members.
