Established in 2003, the Lih Pao Cultural Arts Foundation upholds sculpture as one of the few art forms capable of engaging in direct dialogue with space, architecture, nature, and the public. Rather than treating sculpture as mere decoration, the Foundation views it as a vital cultural medium that shapes public spaces. Its founding mission is to dismantle the barriers of traditional galleries and museums, allowing art to meaningfully reintegrate into everyday public life.

Staging 4 free public concerts annually in the lobby of the Foundation's headquarters building. Featuring renowned percussionists, orchestral ensembles, and guest musicians performing pro bono, these concerts welcome neighboring residents and office workers with no prior registration required, actively weaving live performance art into daily community life.
