With humor and imagination, Bianca Runge, Olaf Mooij and Aletta Bos explore the relationship between humans and the environments they create—ranging from the car as a ‘sacred cow’ and the intelligence of nature to the excesses of our consumer society. Their work balances between beauty and a sense of estrangement, inviting us to view the world through different eyes. Bianca Runge explores the relationship between humans, nature, and matter. She collects the excess of human luxury products and uses them to create aesthetic dioramas that hover between repulsion and beauty.
