“2026 Cobalt Oxide Blue Cloud Chamber 09-02-25 DSC_0230-00.05” is a ceramic wall object that combines photography and ceramics. The work captures the intricate track left by an alpha particle as it passes through my cloud chamber, revealing an otherwise invisible phenomenon.
The photographic image is transferred onto ceramic and permanently fused into the glaze during firing. The ceramic is executed in deep cobalt-oxide blue hues.
