Sometimes you feel lost, as if you are drowning.

This can be due to physical or mental pain, an inability within yourself to move forward in life.

You cry out, but the call for help does not come out of your mouth, like a silent cry for rescue.

It doesn't matter who you are.

In times of need, it's all about the hand you reach out to another to get or give help, to find support.
