Sheep + Wolf

In this artwork, two sculptures, one of a wolf and one of a sheep, are facing each other. Both sculptures have human facial expressions. The intriguing aspect is that both the sheep and the wolf are playing a similar game. However, the question arises: is the sheep really an innocent and helpless creature, or is it manipulating its surroundings by feigning weakness? While the wolf, known for its ego, symbolizes a predator asserting its dominance, it can also experience moments of uncertainty. Nevertheless, like a puppet, the wolf cleverly plays its role, gladly projecting heroism and elusiveness to affirm its ego.

This small duo sculpture plays with the distortion of the image: how we sometimes react not from our own strength but rather in response to others' expectations. The installation explores the dynamics between power and powerlessness and the role that humans play in their daily lives, thereby surrendering their authentic ability.
