Size”: length of one rabbit 75 cm

I made the rabbits quite spontaneously “in situ” during a public manifestation, called “Kunstpassie”. A yearly event, passionately organized by Gerald van Opstal in Best(a small town in Brabant). I used a mixture of pottery clay and flax straw, which gave me the possibility to work freely. The public could come and watch me working. Afterward I took the rabbits home and fired them in my pottery kiln. The rabbits found a permanent home in the garden of “Peppelhoeve”, a care home in Eindhoven.
