This Family Circle (bronze cast by Perseo, Switzerland) was installed in 2010 in the Parco Florida in Lugano.
The earlier vesion was made in a mix of white cement with fibreglass and copper-resin in London in 1988, a material I often used to produce with this mix more lightweight and less expensive works for gardens.
It's a self-portrait of my family designed differently from the usual - my daughters then 4 and 10 are holding their parents in their midst. There is no front and back - it's a circular composition.
