“CONSTANTIN BRÂNCUŞI”

To mark the occasion of Brancuși's 150th birthday, the Romaninan Ministry for Culture has dubbed 2026 "the year of Constantin Brancuși", and organized various exhibitions and events throughout the year.

In Târgu Jiu, the focus is on Brâncuși's lasting impact on sculpture. Thus, contemporary enters into a dialogue with Brâncuși's monuments, some of which are located in the museum's courtyard.
