Veronika Čechová

Veronika Čechová operates as a curator of contemporary art. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Aesthetics and a Master's degree in Curating. She completed study stays in Denmark and Turkey and a work internship at EXILE gallery in Berlin.

Since 2017, she has been a curator at the Jindřich Chalupecký Society, which since 1990 annually organizes the Jindřich Chalupecký Award - the most important Czech award for the emerging artists. Since 2020, together with Tereza Jindrová, she has been running the Entrance Gallery in Prague, where she has been developing a programme dedicated to environmental themes with an emphasis on a slow and sustainable curatorial approach.
