Dear sculpture lovers,
Thank you for joining our online club this Monday!
We hope you enjoyed delving deeper into the captivating theme of paper sculpture.
We were thrilled to explore the remarkable works of three talented artists, each of whom uses paper as a medium in their own unique and fascinating way:
Ann Weber (US) is known for her monumental paper sculptures, for which she reuses cardboard boxes she found while internet shopping.
Helmut Frerick (DE) plays with the transparency and opacity of paper to create light objects on the border between art and design.
And Karen Sargsyan (born in Armenia, lives in the Netherlands) became internationally known with his lively tableaux of human paper figures.
If you couldn't join the event live, don't worry! A detailed report will soon be available in our online magazine. Stay tuned!
