The board of Sculpture Network e.V. hereby invites you to the regular general meeting of the association on
Sunday 19.11.2023 at 11:00 s.t. CEST.
This general meeting will take place by way of an online video conference via "Zoom".
For this purpose, please confirm your participation in the general meeting by sending an email to info@sculpture-network.org no later than Sunday 12.11.23 .
We will email you the link to participate in the videoconference no later than three days prior to the Members' Meeting if you have announced your participation in time.
The general meeting will be based on the following agenda:
TOP 1 Determination of the quorum
TOP 2 Election of a keeper of the minutes
TOP 3 Acceptance of the annual reports for 2021 and 2022
TOP 4 Acceptance of the auditor’s reports on the annual financial statements
as of 31.12.2021 and 31.12.2022
TOP 5 Resolution on the discharge of the Executive Board
TOP 6 New election of the auditors for the financial years 2023 and 2024
TOP 7 Report of the Executive Board on activities to date in 2023 and planning for 2024.
TOP 8 Motions and wishes of the members
TOP 9 Miscellaneous
- Information on appropriate payments to members of the Executive Board
