The Petuelpark - art and recreation space above the Petuel Tunnel
Traffic has been rolling through the Petuel Tunnel since July 2002. A new park was created on the area above the tunnel - the Petuelpark. Parallel to the green concept of the landscape architects JĂĽhling and Bertram, the building department and the art commission, together with the Munich artist Stephan Huber as curator, developed an art concept for the park: a sculpture course as a platform for international art. The City of Munich project was completed in June 2005.
Programme:
17.30 Meeting point and welcome. Joint tour and guided tour by landscape architect Stefanie JĂĽhling.
approx. 19.00 hrs Exchange of ideas at Cafe Ludwig (refreshments at own expense).
Programme language is German.
