SOLOSHOW

In the archaic-looking sculptures of the artist Alexander Heil, one repeatedly encounters the theme of movement. His figurative works seem to literally jump from this, and his abstract works always contain a pulsation in them. The haptics of the material and the optical alienation of the surfaces are of essential importance in his works. The artist lives and works in Berlin and in the wildest valley of Italian Switzerland. He draws his inspiration from this field of tension and creates his powerful works of art.

Alexander Heil has been awarded the Wilfried Koch Prize for Sculpture and is represented with his works at national and international exhibitions.

Until the beginning of December, a solo exhibition of the painter Gerhard RieĂźbeck will take place simultaneously.
