"reaching out, keep on hoping, deparately trying"

(contraction of words cruel, earth, nature, creature)

A human with branches for arms. A torso as a chopped tree trunk. By cutting down forests, we actually damage ourselves. The outstretched branched arms are a cry for help, powerlessness, despair, blood red, living, and breathing. At the same time, it is an image of war, of what people can do to each other.
