COLLABORATION DEWEER GALLERY AND MDZ ART GALLERY
Approached by Knokke-Heist with the request to curate an exhibition for CC Scharpoord featuring the work of Stephan Balkenhol, art historian and curator Jo Coucke logically ended up at Deweer Gallery. As Deweer Gallery has an exclusive representation of Stephan Balkenhol on the Belgian market. Jo Coucke is also perfectly placed as he has worked for decades for Deweer Gallery. Following the solo exhibition of Stephan Balkenhol in CC Scharpoord, Deweer Gallery and MDZ Art Gallery join forces to present another solo show by the German sculptor in Knokke-Heist.
What is presented in Knokke at the end of October is something unique for Belgium!
